The concept is simple – to get my clients from a2b with good, thorough, creative editing and meet the demands of today’s multi-platform environment. Whether you want me as Offline Editor for a whole series or simply to encode a project for the web, I offer a comprehensive range of services and a proven track record at broadcast level. This site has expanded from a shopfront for my Final Cut Studio editing and graphics skills to actual video production as A2Bpostproduction, offering a complete script, shoot to final cut production service for web and DVD. I am an Apple Certified Final Cut Pro Editor with broadcast and high end corporate production experience in both short and long form projects. I am available as an offline/online Final Cut Pro editor, and for Motion Graphics Design – see demo reel, as well as DVD authoring and encoding projects. As well as experience in post, I am a competent Camera Operator and have shot/directed using Sony Z1s, XDCAM HD PDW F330/350s, PMW EX1 and EX3 cameras. As an FCP editor, I’m available with my own kit which at present is a 17″ Macbook Pro, Final Cut Studio 3 + storage. I am a member of BECTU (grade – editor) and registered with the Wales Screen Commission. My speciality is fast action editing, as you can see on my SHOWREEL, but I can happily work across a range of genres. As an editor, I focus on developing good relationships and understanding with clients, whether we’re working together for days or weeks. Communication and creativity are the cornerstones of A2B.
